After providing top notch services for a big box company, a couple of the top computer technicians from one store decided to start their own company.  The decision came after the company decided that their brand was so strong that they did not have to have fully qualified technicians to fix your computers. More and more, the large company was hiring salesman to do the computer repairs. These salesman came at a low pay rate but brought in more revenue for the company in the  form of unneeded service add-ons in the customer’s home.

It was then that we decided to take matters into our own hands and start our own company based on the foundation that our customers will not be ripped off while getting their computers serviced.
